A honeymoon is a time for experiences you will talk about for years, and a day on a clear mountain river is one of them. Alongside our group rafting boats, we have special two-person canoes. Honeymoon couples who want a more private day on the Köprüçay can book a special tour in one of these canoes. This page explains how it works.

A Canoe Just for the Two of You

Instead of sharing a large raft with 10 to 12 people, you paddle together in a two-person canoe. It is a quieter, more personal way to enjoy the clear water and the forested walls of Köprülü Canyon. Helmets and life jackets are worn on every trip, just as on our rafting tours.

Booking the Honeymoon Tour

The private canoe tour is offered for an extra fee. Please mention it when you make your reservation, as it needs to be arranged in advance and cannot be added on the day. Message us on WhatsApp at +90 534 820 11 69 with your date and hotel, and we will confirm the details and the price.

Where You Paddle

The Köprüçay is known for its clear, cold water, and in calm places you can see the pebbles on the riverbed. The river runs through the pine forests of Köprülü Canyon National Park, which makes a quiet canoe trip feel far from the busy coast. Read more in our Köprüçay River guide.

Making the Day Special

After the river, lunch is served as an open buffet at our riverside restaurant, with a terrace looking over the water. If you would like photos of your day, HD video and photo packages are available separately. Couples who also enjoy a bit of adrenaline can add the zipline over the river, which runs from 11:00 to 17:00.

Good to Know

Our base at Pelit Dibi in Karabük has free parking, changing cabins, showers and storage for your belongings, and our guides speak six languages.
